1Acceptance of Terms
Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using Loopvolt ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days notice of material changes by email or via a prominent notice in the product. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2Use of the Service
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use Loopvolt. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise objectionable; to violate any applicable laws or regulations; to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service; or to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
3LinkedIn and Third-Party Platforms
Compliance with platform terms
Loopvolt helps you create and schedule content for LinkedIn and other platforms. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of those platforms complies with their respective terms of service. Loopvolt is not affiliated with LinkedIn Corporation.
Account access
To use certain features, you may authorise Loopvolt to access your LinkedIn account via OAuth. You can revoke this access at any time through your LinkedIn settings. We only request the permissions necessary to provide the Service.
4Intellectual Property
Your content
You retain full ownership of any content you create, upload, or generate using the Service. By using Loopvolt, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Our intellectual property
Loopvolt and its underlying technology, brand, design, and code are owned by Loopvolt, Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
5Payments and Subscriptions
Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are in USD and are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We use Stripe to process payments securely — we do not store your full payment card details.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. Cancellation does not entitle you to a prorated refund for unused time.
Price changes
We may change our pricing at any time. We will give you at least 30 days notice before any price increase takes effect on your subscription.
6Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
No warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loopvolt, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7Termination
Termination by you
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting [email protected].
Termination by us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion with reasonable notice where practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
8Governing Law
Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
