You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. This page explains how to make a data deletion request and what happens after you do. For questions, contact us at [email protected].
1Your Right to Data Deletion
We respect your privacy
At Loopvolt, we believe you should have full control over your personal data. If you signed up using Facebook Login or any other method, you have the right to request that we delete all data associated with your account.
What data we store
When you use Facebook Login to sign up for Loopvolt, we may collect and store your name, email address, profile picture, and Facebook user ID. We also store any content you create within our platform, such as posts, schedules, and preferences.
2How to Request Data Deletion
Option 1: Delete your account directly
The easiest way to delete your data is to log into your Loopvolt account, go to Settings > Account, and click "Delete Account." This will permanently remove all your data from our systems within 30 days.
Option 2: Send us an email
If you cannot access your account or prefer to contact us directly, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Include the email address associated with your account so we can locate your data.
Option 3: Use the form below
You can also submit a data deletion request using our contact form at loopvolt.io/contact. Select "Data Deletion Request" as the subject and provide your account email address.
3What Happens After You Request Deletion
Confirmation
Once we receive your request, we will send you a confirmation email within 48 hours acknowledging your request.
Processing time
We will delete or anonymize all your personal data within 30 days of receiving your request. Some data may be retained longer if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention).
What gets deleted
We will delete your profile information, account credentials, content you created, usage history, and any other personal data associated with your account. Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained for analytics purposes.
4Facebook Data Deletion
Revoking Facebook permissions
If you signed up using Facebook Login, you can also revoke Loopvolt's access to your Facebook data directly from Facebook. Go to Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites > Loopvolt > Remove.
Combined deletion
For complete data removal, we recommend both revoking Facebook permissions and requesting data deletion from Loopvolt. This ensures all connections and data are fully removed.
